Aholic AB – Privacy Policy
Thank you for using Aholic. It is important for us that our Users’ privacy is protected. Therefore, we commit to comply with this privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”). In this policy you will find information about how we use personal data and what measures we take to protect it.
By using our Service, you confirm that you have understood and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, which is a complement to Aholic’s Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Words with initial capital letter shall be interpreted in accordance with the Terms.
1. 1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We may use certain words or phrases, and it is important that you understand the meaning of them. The list is not all-encompassing and no definition should be considered binding to the point that it renders this Agreement nonsensical:

“Personal Data” means, in this Privacy Policy, all information through which you can be identified, directly or indirectly, including, but not limited to, your name, e-mail address, profile picture (should you choose to upload one) and any other information though which you can be identified.
1.2. Aholic AB (“Aholic”), a Swedish company with registration number 559114-9348, is the controller for your personal data and is thereby responsible for the processing of the personal data you provide to Aholic or Aholic otherwise collects about you.
1.3. Users’ personal data is processed with the general purpose to provide the Service. The specific purposes of the processing are stated below in this Privacy Policy.
1.4. You have the right to get information about your personal data that is processed by Aholic, by contacting Aholic in writing. You are further entitled to withdraw the consent that you have previously given to Aholic regarding the processing of your personal data. Please note that such withdrawal might mean that you no longer can be provided the Service. Any contacts regarding our processing of your Personal Data may be directed to Aholic using the contact details in paragraph 8 below.
1.5. If you have a complaint about our processing of Personal Data, you have a right to fila a complaint with Datainspektionen (www.datainspektionen.se).
2. COLLECTED DATA
2.1. If you wish to register for an account in order to use the Service, you need to provide certain data whereof some or all may be Personal Data, such as user name, password and e-mail address.
2.2. If you choose to log in via Facebook we will collect the minimum amount of data provided by Facebook to enable log in via Facebook, such as name, Facebook user name and e-mail address, from your Facebook-account.
2.3. Such information that you provide us with, or which we collect from Facebook, is processed with the purpose to provide the Aholic service to you. Specifically your Personal Data is used to;
a) enable a secure login,
b) enable storage of information,
c) enable communication with you in connection with, for example but not limited to, reset of password or updates regarding the Services or the Terms,
d) enable technical simplifications and to improve your experience of the Service and
e) other processing which is necessary to provide the Service and its features to you.
2.4. When using the Service, you can choose to upload a profile picture and a description of yourself in order to personalize your account. By uploading pictures and/or descriptions, you give your consent to the processing of your data for such purposes.
2.5. To withdraw your consent regarding processing of such non-obligatory Personal Data you may simply edit or delete such Personal Data (e.g. profile picture or description). You may also withdraw consent by contacting us, stating that you withdraw your consent (you will find our contact details in paragraph 8 below).
2.6. You may deactivate your account by sending an e-mail to us, clearly stating that you wish to deactivate your account (you will find our contact details in paragraph 8 below). Your account will be deactivated, and all personal data deleted as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days after such e-mail was received by us.
3. SECURITY
3.1. We are keen to protect your privacy and integrity, and understand that your Personal Data should be treated with the utmost caution. We therefore apply high security standards.
3.2. We will take all reasonable measures to ensure that your Personal Data is treated securely. However, it is unfortunately never completely safe to transfer information via the internet and mobile networks, even though we do our best to protect your personal data. This means that any transmission is made at your own risk. You should never transfer any sensitive data of any kind through Aholic.
3.3. You are advised to treat your login information to the Service as confidential and you are responsible for keeping login information secret by, for example, not disclosing them to anyone else.
4. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
4.1. Except as expressly stated herein or in our Terms, Aholic will not sell, share, or rent out your personal data to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mailings. Any e-mails sent by Aholic will be sent in strict accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms.
4.2. However, Aholic may disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities or legal advisors in connection with alleged offenses or suspected breaches of our Terms, or when Aholic is obliged to disclose or share your Personal Data in order to fulfill their obligations under law.
4.3. When using the Service, you may choose to interact with a third party company, e.g. by making a preorder or similar. In order to facilitate such interaction we will then share your e-mail address with such third party company. Please note that such a third party company may require additional Personal Data. Such Personal Data will not be processed by Aholic and Aholic will not be considered the Controller of such Personal Data (see below under paragraph 6, Links to third party web sites)
5. AGGREGATE INFORMATION (NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE)
5.1. We may collect aggregated demographic information about our user base for statistical purposes. This information does not identify individual users and is not considered Personal Data.
6. LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEB SITES
6.1. The Service contain links to and from websites provided by third parties. If you follow a link to any of these websites, we advise you to note that such websites have their own privacy policies and that Aholic under no circumstances vouches for such websites or their policies. Hence, we encourage you to carefully read the privacy policy of each website before you disclose any Personal Data.
7. CHANGES
7.1. Aholic may, from time to time, amend this Privacy Policy. You will be notified about all amendments by e-mail to your registered e-mail address. The amended Privacy Policy will also be published at https://aholic.co/privacy. All changes take effect automatically thirty (30) days after publication. However, if Aholic makes changes to the Privacy Policy which are deemed necessary for Aholic to fulfil legal obligations or authorities’ opinions or decisions, the new Privacy Policy will take effect immediately after its publication at https://aholic.co/privacy.
